FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 bag (12 or 16 oz.) fresh cranberries
1 can (15 or 20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
1 bag (10 oz.) miniature marshmallows
1 c. pecans OR walnuts, chopped

Freeze cranberries and grind in blender. Combine with pineapple and sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, whip cream and sweeten to taste. Fold into cranberry mixture along with nuts and marshmallows. (The proportions in this recipe are flexible! Increase or decrease according to your taste.) Serves 12-16.
