QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 1/2 c. half and half or 1 can evaporated milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
10 or 12 slices bacon, fried crisp or diced ham or flaked salmon
1 unbaked 9 inch deep dish Pet Ritz pie shell

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream, eggs and seasoning; mix well. Add cheese and flour mix. Add bacon or etc. Pour into shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes until done, or firm. Serves 6.
