1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
3 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and place on cookie sheet by teaspoonsful. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Frost with chocolate frosting.
