WARM WINTER FRUITS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. dried mixed fruit
1 c. orange juice

Cut dried pears, apricots and apples into 1/4 inch wide strips. Leave prunes whole. Place all the fruits into a small pan and pour orange juice over them. Cover and bring to a simmer over low heat. (It will take about 20 minutes.) Continue barely simmering for 20 minutes more. Serve hot or at room temperature.
