MINI APPLE PIZZAS 
1 tube refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
1/4 to 1/2 c. packed brown sugar (depending on sweetness of apples)
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cooking apples, peeled, cored and shredded
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Roll or pat biscuits into 3 1/2-inch circles; place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; mix well. Add apples and mix well. Spoon rounded tablespoonfuls onto biscuits.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges begin to brown. If desired, sprinkle each pizza with 1 tablespoon cheese. Serve warm.

Yield: 10 servings.
