BAR - B - QUE SLAW 
2 1/2 lb. cabbage
2 lg. green peppers
1 pt. canned tomatoes
1 pt. sweet salad cubes/or sweet pickles
1 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Grate cabbage, chop green peppers and beat tomatoes with fork. Mix everything together and store in refrigerator. Will keep 6 weeks or longer.
