PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 scant pumpkin seed
1 c. salad oil
10 oz. can pumpkin
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. orange juice
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients for cake together, adding pumpkin seed last. Bake in sheet cake pan 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix together frosting and frost cake.
