CHICKEN AND STUFFING CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm mix
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup

Boil chicken and tear into chunks, set aside. Melt butter and mix in stuffing mix. Place half the mix in bottom of 9x13 inch pan; place the chicken chunks on top. Add 1/2 cup broth to soup and pour over that. Place remaining stuffing mix over chicken; pour 1 1/2 cups broth over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
