GOURMET CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fresh sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. uncooked wild rice
1 c. grated American cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 sm. can pimentos, drained and chopped

Brown sausage in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion, green pepper, and celery; continue cooking until vegetables are limp. Drain excess fat. Add uncooked rice, cheese, soups, mushrooms, and pimentos; mix well. Pour into 3 quart casserole. Cover; bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 3/4 hours. Serves 6.
