3 c. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water

Bring rhubarb, sugar, and water to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and cook slowly about 5 minutes or until tender. Makes 2 cups.
