RHUBARB SAUCE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 lbs. cut rhubarb
1 tsp. vanilla flavor

Combine all of ingredients in pan. Cook for 15 minutes until the rhubarb is tender. Add vanilla for flavor. Serve over pound cake or angel food cake. Serve over breakfast fruit.
