MARIE'S PEA SALAD 
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 can French style green beans
1 can LeSueur peas
1 can white shoe peg corn
1 sm. jar pimento
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper

Drain canned vegetables well. Add fresh chopped vegetables. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings. Pour over all; mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Keeps well.
