CHEESE CRISPIES 
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. softened butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. Rice Krispies
Dash of cayenne pepper

Mix softened butter and cheese and add remaining dry ingredients and mix in food processor until mixture forms a ball. Fold in Rice Krispies and nuts. Chill dough well. Shape into balls, flatten and bake on ungreased pan at 325 degrees, 12-15 minutes. Freezes well.
