TACITOS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 envelope French's onion gravy mix
3/4 c. water
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. (6 1/2 oz.) tortilla chips
2 to 3 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

Cook ground beef with celery in large skillet, stirring to crumble; pour off excess fat. Stir in gravy mix, water and chili powder. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Arrange tortilla chips in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each with small spoonful of meat mixture.

Cut cheese in small cubes; arrange on top of Tacitos. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes just until cheese melts. Makes about 60.
