EASY APPLESAUCE PIE 
Applesauce (sweetened)
Graham crackers
Cinnamon
Cool Whip

Any container used for pies, casseroles, etc. will do. Begin with a layer of graham crackers (whole, not crushed). Add a layer of applesauce about 1/2" thick, then another layer of graham crackers, followed by more applesauce. Continue alternating the two until desired level is reached. Allow applesauce to be last layer. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Place in refrigerator until applesauce is cool and graham crackers soften well. Perhaps 2 to 3 hours should be enough. Serve plain or with Cool Whip.
