SHRIMP CAROL MARIE 
3 lbs. shrimp, peeled and washed
Louisiana hot sauce
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder
2 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. rosemary

Salt, pepper and coat shrimp with garlic powder. Then coat lightly again with garlic powder until whitish. Melt butter in saucepan and add rosemary and hot sauce, simmer about 3 minutes.

Place shrimp in broiler pan, 8x10x2 inch deep. Pour mixture over shrimp. Place in broiler on second rack. Broil about 7 to 8 minutes until shrimp turns pinkish. Remove from broiler. Stir shrimp and replace in the oven. Bake another 7 to 8 minutes until done. Place shrimp and juices in individual oven-proof dishes. Place in oven until dishes get hot. Serves 6.
