VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. bacon 1 can whole kernel corn 1 can peas & carrots 1 c. cubed cheese 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 pkg. (10) refrigerated biscuits 10 strips cheese Cook bacon, cool and crumble. Combine peas, carrots, corn, cheese and onions in a greased shallow pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Place biscuits on top and bake 15 minutes more. Top each biscuit with a slice of cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is bubbly. Makes 6-8 servings. |
