TANDY KAKES 
4 eggs, beaten with whisk
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 - 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
10 oz. Hershey's chocolate candy bar

Mix egg, sugar, milk, flour, baking powder and salt with a whisk or electric mixer. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Batter will appear thin. Bake approximately 15 minutes at 350 degrees until a toothpick comes out clean.

While cake is still hot, drop spoonfuls of peanut butter onto hot cake and let sit for a minute. Spread softened peanut butter over entire cake. Refrigerate until peanut butter hardens.

Melt candy bar in double boiler and spread on top of peanut butter. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens. Allow it to come to room temperature before slicing into squares. This is a kid's favorite that can be made ahead. Serves 20.
