GOULASH 
1 lb. ground chuck
8 oz. macaroni noodles
1 lg. (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 sm. cans tomato paste
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese (opt.)

Brown ground chuck, add salt and pepper. Add large can of tomatoes, tomato paste, green pepper, onions, celery and chili powder. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

Cook noodles then drain water. Add meat mixture to noodles and mix. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on while hot, until melted and serve.
