DIJON CAESAR SALAD 
1 head of Romaine lettuce (washed and torn)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 egg
Croutons
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In a cruet combine red wine, vinegar, garlic powder, pepper, oregano, mustard and egg. Shake well, then add olive oil. In a large salad bowl put Romaine lettuce top with Parmesan cheese and croutons. Shake dressing, pour over salad, toss and serve immediately.
