MAKE - AHEAD SIMPLE LASAGNA 
10 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown meat and onion. Drain off grease. Add sauce and oregano. Pour a little sauce in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Add a layer of 5 uncooked noodles. Then add layers of half of the meat mixture and half of the cheeses. Repeat layers: noodles, meat mixture, cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. If lasagna is baked when made, cover with foil. Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes. Freezes well. (Use plenty of spaghetti sauce.)
