CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. thawed, chopped broccoli or 1 1/2 bunches fresh broccoli
4 cooked, deboned chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing

WHITE SAUCE:

(Melt together on low heat) : 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese

Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with sliced broccoli. Add chicken chunks and mushrooms, if desired. Make White Sauce; pour on chicken. Make Stove Top according to instructions. Pour over white sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with foil.
