CHINESE PORK 
3 lb. filet of pork loin or lean from roast
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 tbsp. sesame seed
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. scallions, chopped

Wash and dry pork. Mix together cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and seeds and scallions.

Marinate the meat in this mixture for two hours. Arrange meat on rack of broiler pan. Cook 20 minutes on each side or until tender and browned. Slice. Serves 5 or more as hors d'oeuvres.
