NORWEGIAN APPLE PIE 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. diced apples

Beat egg whites, sugar, vanilla and baking powder together until smooth and fluffy. Beat in flour until smooth and well blended. Stir in walnuts and apples. Turn into lightly greased 8" pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm topped with frozen yogurt or ice milk.
