BAKED POTATO TOPPING 
1 c. mayonnaise
8 heaping tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion

Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and minced onion and refrigerate a couple hours. Open baked potatoes and fill with above. Broil several minutes until light brown.
