APPLE PIE 
FILLING:

6 lg. pie apples, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. flour

CRUST:

1 unbaked pie crust

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar

PIE CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco oil
5 tbsp. very cold water

Mix flour and salt. Make a well in center. Combine Crisco oil and cold water and pour in well. Mix gently and roll into crust shape. Place filling on top. Sprinkle topping over this. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
