BUTTERSCOTCH PEANUT FUDGE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. crunchy style peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped peanuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows

In double boiler combine butterscotch pieces, milk and marshmallows. Stir over medium heat until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat. Beat in peanut butter, vanilla and a dash of salt. Stir in peanuts and pour into 9"x13" pan. Chill, cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
