MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 lb. hamburger meat, browned
1 can cream style corn
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. meal
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cheddar cheese
3 jalapeno peppers

Mix meal, oil, 1/2 of cheese, 1/2 onion, pepper and meat. Pour 1/2 of first mixture into pan then all of next mixture. Cover with remainder of first mixture. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
