PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE 
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
5 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. flour
3 to 4 slices bread, cubed
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Lightly grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix the pineapples with the sugar. Then add the eggs; stir in the flour. Pour into the casserole. Soak the bread cubes into the butter. Sprinkle on top of pineapple casserole. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour top should be brown.
