PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 lb. butter
5 slices white bread, cubed

Beat together eggs, sugar and flour. Add pineapple and set aside. In fry pan, melt butter and toss bread cubes. Blend with other ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
