BBQ OYSTERS 
2 1/2 dozen oysters
Salad oil
1 c. red vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Wash oysters, dry, dip in salad oil. String oysters through skewers. Roast over charcoal on grill. Blend vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and salt; use as a sauce for oysters.
