8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. salted peanuts, chopped
Golden Delicious apples
Orange juice

Blend together cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and peanuts. Slice apples; dip in orange juice. Drain. Arrange apples on a pretty plate and place dip in the center. Sprinkle additional chopped peanuts on top of dip for garnish.
