“BELLE'S CHEESE PUFFS” IS IN:

BELLE'S CHEESE PUFFS 
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese

Bring water and butter to a boil in the microwave in 2-quart casserole. Add flour all at once. Stir until it forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add 1 egg at a time, beating after each. Stir in grated cheese. Drop by teaspoonfuls on low roasting pan.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Serve warm.

Makes about 30 bite size balls.

I added diced ham and another cup of grated cheddar cheese and I kept them in for 15 minutes and I added a pinch of garlic. I give this recipe five stars. Its a great snack or a great party favor.
