BROCCOLI PIE 
2 lbs. bread dough, frozen, thawed
1 lb. Italian sausage
3 lg. onions
3 lg. potatoes
20 oz. bag chopped broccoli
Salt & Pepper to taste

Chop onions. Skin sausage and break it up. Saute these together. Meanwhile, peel and slice potatoes. Add these and cook through. Add broccoli and warm thoroughly until soft. Meanwhile, roll 1 pound dough to size you want and place on greased cookie sheet. Put cooled filling and top with other bread dough. Roll edges all around. Brush top with oil. Put 3 slits on top for escaping steam. Bake in 375 degree oven until browned, 25 to 30 minutes.
