SPICY FRIED CHICKEN 
2 c. self-rising flour
4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
10 to 12 chicken breasts, boned and cut into strips
Buttermilk

Combine all dry ingredients together. Dip chicken into buttermilk. Roll in flour mixture. Fry in preheated oil (360 degrees) until golden brown and done in center. Serves 10-12.
