MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 (15 oz.) can tomato bits 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 jar Ortega taco sauce 1 lg. bag tortilla chips 1 lg. pkg. shredded cheese Refried beans (opt.) Brown ground beef. Drain. Mix together beef, tomato bits, soups. seasoning and taco sauce. Grease large casserole dish, layer tortilla chips, beef mixture and cheese as you would lasagna. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let set 5 minutes before serving. |
