CHICKEN AU GRATIN 
1/4 c. butter
5 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 stewing chicken or chicken parts
1 c. rich chicken broth
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. cut, cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. noodles
1 c. bread cubes, soaked in melted butter

Cook 1 whole stewing chicken or chicken parts in 4 cups salted water with chopped onion and celery. Cook 1 hour or until tender. Remove chicken and cool, then cut up into chunks.

Cook 8 oz. noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. cook and stir until smooth. Slowly stir in chicken broth and milk. Bring to boil over medium heat, boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add grated cheese.

Combine noodles, chicken and sauce in greased casserole. Top with 1 cup bread cubes soaked in melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. 4-6 servings.
