CHICKEN NOODLE AU GRATIN 
1 1/2 c. uncooked broken thin egg noodles
2 to 3 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives

Total cooking time: 13 to 15 minutes in microwave.

In 2 quart microproof casserole, combine noodles, chicken, chicken stock, milk, salt and pepper. Stir lightly. Cook, covered on high 8 to 10 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring once. Stir in cheese and olives. Cook covered, on low 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

For 2 to 3 servings, cut ingredients in half and cook covered, on high 6 to 8 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring once. Continue as directed for full recipe.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
