MANY WAYS MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg and salt. Shape into 16 meatballs. Brown in skillet, pour off fat. Stir in soup, water and parsley. Cover. Cook over low heat 15 minutes, stir occasionally. 4 servings.
