1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten light 1/2 c. boiling milk 2 tsp. butter, melt in milk 1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder FROSTING: 3/4 c. butter 1 lb. powdered sugar 4 tbsp. cream Vanilla Pour batter into two 9-inch square cake pans and bake. Cut cakes into squares. Spread on all sides with frosting and roll into ground peanuts. Grind a little of the cake with the peanuts as this makes them less oily and helps the frosting stick. |
