1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. tuna
1 c. cooked peas

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add milk; mix only until all flour is dampened. Turn out on floured board; knead lightly for a few seconds to smooth dough. Roll out into rectangle about 3/8 inch thick. Fry celery in butter. Remove from heat. Add tuna, peas, pimento, and egg; combine thoroughly. Add seasonings to taste. Spread over dough; roll up as for jelly roll. Seal edges. Cut into 8 slices. Flatten out and shape each slice to about 3 1/2 inch diameter. Place on greased baking sheet, cut side up.
