SAUTEED SCALLOPS WITH SNOWPEAS 
1 lb. scallops
2 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 can clam juice
1/2 c. sesame seed oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 lb. snow peas, sliced lengthwise

Saute scallops and garlic in sesame seed oil until brown. Add clam juice, soy sauce and snow peas. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve with rice and salad.
