BEEF ROAST 
roast
vegetable oil
apple juice
celery
onion soup mix
apples

Roll roast in flour. Brown in vegetable oil in Dutch oven. Stir in apple juice, celery and onion soup mix. Cook over medium heat until tender. Add sliced apples and simmer 7 to 10 minutes. Place roast on platter and gravy in bowl to ladle over vegetables.
