SCALLOPED VEGETABLES 
2 c. hot cooked or canned vegetables
1 c. medium or thin White Sauce
Cracker crumbs, Saltine or graham

Arrange vegetables with sauce in alternative layers in buttered 1-quart casserole dish. Top with thin layer of cracker crumbs; dot with butter. Bake in preheated oven of 350 degrees until mixture is heated through and the crumbs are golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
