GRANOLA 
1/2 c. oil
1/2 lb. butter
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lb. rolled oats
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. Grape Nuts
1 c. wheat germ
1 lb. coconut
1 c. sunflower seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt first 7 ingredients in a large roasting pan. When mixed, let cool slightly and add last 7 ingredients. Stir thoroughly. Bake in shallow pans for 20-25 minutes. Stir every 5-7 minutes. After granola has cooked, add 1-2 cups of raisins or dried fruit. Makes 5 quarts.
