TUNA - MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni (4 c. uncooked)
2 to 3 cans tuna, drained
2 c. celery, diced
Fresh parsley
Fresh mint
2 lemons, squeezed, pulp ground
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 carrot, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
2 to 3 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 qt. baby tomatoes, halved

Add above ingredients to cooked macaroni and mix 1/2 cup Italian dressing and mayonnaise as desired. Makes a large bowl.
