1 box white cake mix (dry)
2 sm. boxes instant banana cream pudding (dry)
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
