1 chicken, cut up
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drop Tabasco sauce
Garlic salt
1 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. salt

Melt butter, saute onions and other ingredients except chicken. Cook 15 minutes. Pour over chicken, which has been placed skin down in a shallow pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
