CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR 
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. chocolate extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vodka

Combine sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool thoroughly. Stir in chocolate, vanilla and vodka. Pour into clean glass bottle with tight fitting cap. Use as substitute for Creme De Cacao. Makes 1 pint.
