PORK CHOPS AND NOODLES 
3 tbsp. butter
1 finely chopped onion
6 pork chops
1 pkg. gravy mix
8 oz. lg. egg noodles
Salt and pepper (season to taste)

Brown onions in butter in 5 quart pot. Add chops and brown on both sides. Add 3 1/2 cups water and gravy. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Serve over cooked noodles.
